IF you are having trouble with SWUpgrade, you need to uninstall all samsung usb drivers and then visit this link, www.samsung.com Click Software, then download the 15 MB exe and install it. Then it should work fine. It has solved HUNDREDS of people’s problems. It’s always a driver issue.
