Jelly Bean Factory Images Released for Nexus 7, Nexus S, and GSM Galaxy Nexus Variants

nexus 7 logo 650x432 Jelly Bean Factory Images Released for Nexus 7, Nexus S, and GSM Galaxy Nexus Variants

Jelly Bean factory images are now available from Google for a good portion of the Nexus lineup of devices. If you happen to own a Nexus 7, Nexus S (sojua or soju versions), or the Galaxy Nexus (yakju and takju versions), then we suggest downloading these files and keeping them in a safe place in case of future software troubles. Down the road, these could save you from a horrible custom ROM flashing fiasco and bring your device back from the dead. No love yet of course for the Verizon toro version, but hopefully we'll be shown some love too in the future.

Oh, what a fun week it has been! When news came across the wire that Google was unveiling Google Fiber over in Kansas City, it was hard to get very excited. Now, I think it's time to pack the bags and move the family over to middle America and get in on those crazy speeds. With Google now offering their very own Internet and TV services, I think we're in for a major change to the ISP landscape.

If you missed any of the other goodies that went down this week, including Jelly Bean rolling out to XOOM WiFi owners, here are all of the highlights for you:

Have a great weekend, everybody!

Preview Build of CM10 for Verizon Galaxy Nexus Available Now

Cid Cyanogenmod 09 1920x1200 650x406 Preview Build of CM10 for Verizon Galaxy Nexus Available Now

If you have been wondering (like myself) why other devices were getting CyanogenMod 10 previews before Google's latest flagship phone, the Galaxy Nexus, you are not alone. Brint Kriebel, the CM manager for the Verizon Galaxy Nexus, took to Google+ today to release a preview build that is available for flashing now.

While Kriebel says that this has been the daily driver on his phone for a few weeks now, he does stress that it's a preview build and not a release: meaning bugs are expected. All the major parts of the phone are working though, data, camera, NFC and all that so if you are feeling like getting your CyanogenMod on hit the source link below. Remember, since it's a pure AOSP build there are no Google Apps included in this build. Have fun, but please, make a back-up first!

The Jawbone JAMBOX is a total party in a can

Let's start off with a poll: how many of you use that trick of cupping your hand behind your phone to slightly increase the volume? I find myself doing it just about every time I watch a YouTube video or try to listen to something without headphones. There are some things our phones simply cannot do. Like play loud sounds. Enter the Jawbone JAMBOX The Jawbone JAMBOX is a total party in a can.

IMG 7341 630x420 The Jawbone JAMBOX is a total party in a can

The JAMBOX is a small speaker capable of making big noises. It can hook to your device via Bluetooth or a standard 3.5mm audio cable, runs about 12 hours on its rechargeable battery, and produces the loudest and cleanest sound I've yet to find in a portable speaker.

In my month or so of testing, we've used this speaker at the pool, on a camping trip, while working out, on the patio- almost anywhere we need some background music, this guy can do the trick.

The Good

Big sound in a tiny (and awesome) package: The JAMBOX produces amazingly big sound from a form factor smaller than a can of soda. Inside, there is a pair of proprietary acoustic drivers and a bass radiator, making for nice highs and solid lows. Aside from its trim size, the styling on these things is absolutely unbeatable. They'll look just as comfortable on your desk as it would in a futuristic sci-fi movie.

Build quality: One of the first things you'll notice when handling the JAMBOX is its weight. The second is the texture and quality of materials. The entire package is amazingly well built, including the giant plus and minus buttons on top that make controlling volume a breeze.

IMG 7355 630x420 The Jawbone JAMBOX is a total party in a can

It gets better: Connect the JAMBOX to MyTalk, a service provided by Jawbone, to find all the latest updates and personalizations at the touch of a button. You can change the startup and shutdown noises, install new voice-activated apps, and most importantly, make sure your JAMBOX is up to date. How many speakers do you know that are capable of a firmware upgrade that actually add features after purchase?

Color and style options: This may seem like a small one, but time has taught us that color options can play a big role when it comes to purchasing decisions. Jawbone offers the JAMBOX in a variety of color and mesh finishes, as well as a steady stream of limited edition releases (for you ultra-exclusive collectors out there).

The Not-So-Good

Bluetooth leaves something to be desired: While the Bluetooth performs fairly well, I most often find myself playing music over the 3.5mm audio jack. While it usually works just fine, Bluetooth pairing can sometimes take a few extra seconds or can drop off for no reason, but that's more of a knock on Bluetooth in general than the JAMBOX itself.

IMG 7345 630x420 The Jawbone JAMBOX is a total party in a can

In a perfect world, it'd be louder: Despite producing amazing sound for its size, I wouldn't mind a few more decibels. Don't get me wrong, it sounds great and I know a speaker of this size can only get so loud, but I sometimes found myself wanting to turn the volume to 11. It's fine for a party with close friends, but it might be a tad underpowered for a full-blown house party. For that, I'd recommend taking a look at the BIG JAMBOX The Jawbone JAMBOX is a total party in a can.

Price: The MSRP is $199, and while you can find it online for around $175 The Jawbone JAMBOX is a total party in a can, it might be too much for some more casual budgets. To be fair, there aren't a ton of speakers this loud and this small to compare it to, but I still feel like some of you are going to rate it as a bit steep.

The Final Word

If you're in the market for a speaker that's as loud as it is stylish and portable, the JAMBOX is for you. If portability and style aren't at the top of your list, you might find more bang with something like a Sonos system. Either way, if you've got the budget, you really can't go wrong when buying a speaker that's worth almost as much as your device itself- they're all going to be loud and nasty.

The JAMBOX really excels in the details. From the box, to the boot-up noise, to the buttons- it's pure class all the way.

The Jawbone JAMBOX is available on Amazon The Jawbone JAMBOX is a total party in a can in a variety of configurations and prices.

Update: AT&T HTC One X price reduced to $99.99

Right now, most AT&T customers are opting for the Samsung Galaxy S III over the HTC One X, but that could soon change. According to reports from AT&T sales reps and an image from an internal AT&T email, the price of the HTC One X will be reduced by $100 on July 29th. The new $99.99 price point will put the HTC One X in direct price competition with the Motorola Atrix HD, Sony XPERIA Ion, Samsung Galaxy S II, and even the iPhone 4, which launched more than two years ago.

HTC and AT&T have not disclosed why the price of the HTC one X is being cut in half only a few months after its retail debut, but we do know that Samsung's Galaxy S III has had unprecedented success and we're sure HTC is feeling the pressure.

Samsung Galaxy S III clears the 10 million mark in just under two months

Given the massive number of pre-orders and constantly shifting U.S. release dates attributed to overwhelming demand it comes as no surprise that the Samsung Galaxy S III has managed to eclipse 10 million devices sold in just two months, fully three months faster than its predecessor.

The president of Samsung's mobile communication division, Shin Jong-Kyun, confirmed that more than 10 million Galaxy S IIIs had been sold, but did not give an exact number or specify whether this was devices sold to consumers or retailers. Regardless it's safe to say that the launch has been a rousing success. It's also worth noting that the Olympics are starting next week and the Galaxy S III is due to get a lot of face time throughout which should lead to another sales boost worldwide.

As you can tell from our review of the Verizon variant we were pretty much blown away by every aspect of the device so it's not shocking to see it doing so well with consumers.

For those of you that count yourselves among the 10 million that have picked up a Galaxy S III thus far what do you think of the device after having a little time with it now? And not to leave anyone out, if you haven't picked up a Galaxy S III are you still thinking about it or is it missing something that you are holding out for?

Dead Trigger’s price change due to “unbelievably high” piracy rates

Madfinger's decision to move their popular zombie shooter game Dead Trigger from $0.99 to free was met with both cheers and jeers. Anyone looking to download the game for free from Google Play couldn't have been more happy. Those who had already purchased the game felt like they had been cheated, which Madfinger could certainly sympathize with.

According to a Facebook post from Dead Trigger's developers Madfinger Games, the main reason Dead Trigger went from $0.99 to free was due to "unbelievably high" piracy rates on Android devices:

Regarding price drop. HERE is our statement. The main reason: piracy rate on Android devices, that was unbelievably high. At first we intend to make this game available for as many people as possible – that’s why it was for as little as buck. – It was much less than 8$ for SHADOWGUN but on the other hand we didn’t dare to provide it for free, since we hadn’t got XP with free-to-play format so far. – However, even for one buck, the piracy rate is soooo giant, that we finally decided to provide DEAD TRIGGER for free. Anyway – DEAD TRIGGER is not FREEMIUM, it always was and still remains FREE-TO-PLAY, that means, all players are able to play it without IAP! We stand up for this statement, because all members of our team are playing (and enjoying) DEAD TRIGGER without IAP.Madfinger GamesDevelopers of Dead Trigger

As unfortunate as this is for Madfinger, it's even worse for Android as a whole.

When big name game developers like Madfinger go as far as completely giving up on charging money for a game because piracy rates are so out of control on Android, it's going to cause a stir. Developers aren't going to hear about Madfinger's piracy troubles and decide to release high-quality games for free. They'll either pump games full of ads (on top of offering in-app purchases) or ditch Android for iOS.

Side loading apps on Android devices certainly has its advantages. But the time has come for Google to implement some sort of free or low cost verification process for certain types of apps if they want developers to remain interested in their platform. Let's hope this whole mess gets sorted out before the impact really starts to show.

In the meantime, go enjoy Dead Trigger for free. It'll only take one level to really appreciate the work Madfinger put into the game.

Nexus 7 and Galaxy Note 10.1 commercials debut online

Commercials for Google's Nexus 7 and Samsung's 10.1-inch Galaxy Note have appeared online in the last day. And as you might have already guessed, both take different approaches on how to convince you to buy their tablet.

The commercial for the still unreleased Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is aimed squarely at the business crowd. Boasting the tablet's 10.1-inch "multi" screen for multitasking and special properties of the S Pen, Samsung uses their Note 10.1 commercial to take us through the afternoon of a hot-shot businessman and how the Note fits into his life.

I imagine this will be just one of many commercials for the Note 10.1 once the tablet is made available. Hopefully future ads will target a broader audience. For now, Samsung is going after a very clear demographic:

The commercial for the Nexus 7 has a much more human feel than the Note 10.1 commercial, clearly intended to tug at the heart strings of families across the web.

Featuring a father and son camping with the Nexus 7, the commercial shows a family using the tablet to enhance their bonding experience. Reading books, watching a movie, playing checkers, looking up wild animals; the Nexus 7 can do it all (and without a constant data connection?).

Whether or not this commercial will make its way to television remains to be seen, but I have a good feeling it will.

Now that you've seen both commercials, which one do you like best?

Hit the road and fill up for less with GasBuddy

Gas prices are down from their highs of a couple months ago, but they are slowly climbing back up. If you plan to take a road trip this summer, make sure you download the free GasBuddy app before you hit the road. It can help you save money each time you fill up, so you can spend your cash on other things that will make your vacation more enjoyable.

GasBuddy is a community of users working together to update gas prices. Anyone can join by installing the app, searching for gas, and reporting prices when they are found to be outdated.

The Good

Find lowest prices on any grade of gas: Filter prices by regular, midgrade, premium, or diesel.

Sort results by distance: Find the closest gas station to your current location or search by zip code.

Browse station features: Does that gas station have a car wash, air hose, ATM, restroom, or convenience store? GasBuddy lets you preview the detailed features of most locations.

Navigate to any location: Just press the Directions button on any location and it will quickly launch your preferred navigation app.

Win free gas: Every time you report gas prices, you earn points. Each week you can trade in your points for tickets in a prize give-away that could score you a $250 gas card.

The Not-so-good

Doesn't tell me how much I could save: Is it really cheaper to drive across town and fill up my tank? I wish I could save my vehicle tank size to my profile so the app could estimate my potential total savings.

USA and Canada only: Great service if you live in the USA or Canada, but wish they would support more locations.

Missing features found on the web site: Desktop website has a lot of features that are not present in the mobile app. I'd like to see the gas price charts, heat maps, trip calculator, and blog find their way to the small screen.

User interface is dated: It would be nice if the developer could update the UI to follow the newer Android 4.x design guidelines.

Final Words

It might not seem like much at first, but the savings from GasBuddy can add up over time. Most times when I search, I can find gas that is $0.20-0.30 cheaper per gallon, which saves me a couple bucks each time I fill up.

The app is not the best looking, but it gets the job done. I wish there were more rewards for being an active member of the community, but the savings make this an app that will always be found on my phone.

MOTOACTV smartwatch gets a $100 price cut

The MOTOACTV Android powered smartwatch may not be as successful as many had hoped, but that may be due to the high price point Motorola and others have been charging. We're not sure if Motorola has seen the error of its ways or is simply trying to clear out some inventory, but you can now purchase the MOTOACTV Android smartwatch for $100 less.

The price of the 8GB model has been cut to $149.99 while the 16GB model will cost you a cool $199.99. At $299.99, the Multi-Sport Edition is still pretty pricey, but it's a significantly better deal than the $399.99 Motorola was charging just yesterday.

Is $149.99 a compelling price for the MOTOACTV or are you waiting to see what the second generation of Android powered smartwatches are able to do?

Retail Nexus 7 vs. I/O Nexus 7 [Pictures]

A retail Nexus 7 showed up on my doorstep today, so I thought, "What the heck, let's do a comparison to the one handed out at Google I/O." As many of you know, the Google I/O edition comes in white and the retail edition is officially "brown" (at least according to the box). Other than that, the retail version has a silverish rim between the screen and the rear rubber backing. On the white version, its a black top, black rim, and then the white backing. The "brown" back of the retail version is already showing a few fingerprints from holding it, while the white version does a great job of hiding sweat marks. With that said, the white one will show scuffs or stains much more than the brown.

Nexus 7 a hit with consumers, selling out across the US

All across the web, from the most popular tech blogs online, to even the most devout Apple fans, the Nexus 7 is being hailed as a huge success. And real world sales show it.

Google, GameStop, Staples, Office Depot and Sam's Club have all run out of Nexus 7s, and have posted one to three week delays on availability for the tablet.

The Google Play store lists the Nexus 7 as shipping soon, which could mean up to couple weeks. Staples, Sam's Club and Office Depot show it as temporarily out of stock. And GameStop, who is currently offering up 30% extra in in-store credit for anyone trading in used games or hardware towards a Nexus 7, has come forward saying they don't expect another shipment of the tablets until August 5th, for which they are taking pre-orders for now.

The size, design, high quality display and ultra fast processor in the Nexus 7 make for an excellent hardware experience. Thanks to Jelly Bean, and the addition of Google Now and Project Butter, the software on the Nexus 7 is the best on any Android device ever released. At $300, the Nexus 7 would be a good deal. At just $199, it's a steal.

If you're on the hunt for a Nexus 7, good luck. Apparently, you're going to need it.

You won't need to worry about the Android SDK or drivers or anything, which is why it's called a 1-click. This set of instructions is for those that want to know what that 1-click does. It's also a way to get the SDK setup so that you can use it in the future if you were to run into any problems. By the end of the day on July 19, they will have shipped all standalone Nexus 7 16GB orders that were placed through July 11 and are upgrading those to overnight shipping. Video: Compared to Google Now, Siri is embarrassingly bad

I'm sure by now we've all seen our fair share of Google Now's voice search functionality vs Apple's Siri. Since the introduction of Jelly Bean, Android 4.1, and Google Now, comparison and demonstration videos have popped up all over online. But they've yet to be this hilarious.

In today's Google Now vs Siri video, Annie Gaus of App Judgement has put the two services through a slightly different torture test to see which one reigns supreme. Instead of reading off a list of common commands and questions you might ask a personal assistant, she asked both an iPhone 4S and Nexus 7 things she's asked her phone through web search in the week before making the video. The results speak for themselves. (Start watching at 3:15.)

The two most important things I took away from the video: For one, when asking Google Now for information, and there's no card to show you directly, displaying the Google search results right away is incredibly powerful and useful. And secondly, Siri seriously loves stallions. Really.

Whale Trail for Android adds a free-to-play option

When Whale Trail launched on Android back in January, I was instantly hooked. Gameplay was simple, intuitive, and, most importantly, addictive. The concept of Whale Trail is simple; you take the reigns as Willow the Whale, launching, flipping, and dashing your way against a colorful sky, collecting balloons and avoiding bad clouds along the way. Touch the screen to propel yourself upward, don't touch the screen to fly back down, and go as far as you can until your life meter runs out.

Whale Trail sold over 20,000 copies at the $0.99 asking price, amassing a 4.5 star rating along the way. The folks at ustwo are hoping to have even more people meet Willow the Whale, and today have announced a free-to-play version of Whale Trail, Whale Trail Frenzy, which adds skill upgrades, other playable characters, and new power-ups.

Of course, the game is ad-supported, meaning you'll have to face some pesky ads to play, and a few users reported having problems with the application when it came to launching ads, but we expect that issue will be resolved in a future update. I've been playing Whale Trail Frenzy for the last few days, and haven't noticed any issues with the game, the ads are non-intrusive, and it remains as fun or perhaps a bit moreso than the original with the added features.

If you're in the mood for a fun casual game to pick up, we suggest at least trying out Whale Trail Frenzy.

Office Depot Delays Nexus 7 Sales “Until Further Notice”

nexus 7 delay 650x434 Office Depot Delays Nexus 7 Sales

Do not cruise into your local Office Depot tomorrow to pick up a Nexus 7. While they may receive some stock, they have been instructed to not sell or display them until further notice. Yesterday, we reported that select stores would make them available by July 12, but clearly something has come up. Either Google isn't ready to launch our new favorite Android tablet, or they are waiting for enough units to hit as many retailers as possible to make a big opening day splash. We are hearing that a handful of Gamestop and Staples stores have already received stock, so it shouldn't be long, folks.

Anyone taking bets on the big launch happening next week? Oh, and don't forget to read our Nexus 7 review.

Not a Fan of Verizon’s Choice to Lock the Galaxy S3 Bootloader [Image]

Works Fine. Not sure why you think it sucks or how the s3 is any better. it's a Gnex with 1gb more ram and marginally faster spec/default cpus… oh and no curved screen I believe. Perhaps if they changed the radios to something with significantly more reception?

or if you mean just battery life? well aside from the pitiful excuse for an official extended battery, you can get batteries up to 3800mAh+ also with or without nfc. The phone is so thin as it is, even these monster batteries just make it feel like most normal cell phones lol.

@everyone else
It's not the fact it has a locked/encrypted bootloader. It's the fact that out of all the carriers to get this phone, Verizon is the only one forcing it to stay encrypted, therefore locked. It would still suck if they all were locked just the same, but seeing the same device on other networks all unlocked/unencrypted? that's like salt in the wounds. (Though all the other phones are GSM/HSPA+..whatever and the locked ones on verizon are the CDMA/LTE) Though it's not like the code for the drivers are in the source code or on the phone. we'd just get binary blobs.

bleh, not like I'm getting the phone. I'll be waiting for the next generation or so, maybe the next nexus.. who knows.

WugFresh’s Root Tookit 1.5 Supports All Nexus Devices Including the Nexus 7

wugfresh WugFresh's Root Tookit 1.5 Supports All Nexus Devices Including the Nexus 7

When your Nexus 7 arrives, you should be able to unlock its bootloader, root it, and have a custom recovery up in a matter of minutes. After all, it is a Nexus. But if doing things the manual way isn't for you or you simply don't have enough time to type "fastboot oem unlock," then a root toolkit should be right up your alley. WugFresh built one a while back that continues to be updated with support for new Nexus devices, including the Nexus 7. Without having to worry about drivers and the Android SDK, you can use a root toolkit like this, press a couple of buttons, and be on your way.

A Few Thoughts on a Galaxy S3 “Developer Edition” for Verizon [Opinion]

developer edition galaxy s3 650x432 A Few Thoughts on a Galaxy S3

Now that we have had a full day to sit on this oddly spread announcement from Samsung that they would be selling a "developer edition" Galaxy S3 to Verizon customers, we thought we would share some thoughts on it. It's a move that we have seen from companies like Motorola in the past, but is it a move that will actually benefit anyone? Is it just a PR move? Will it make for a robust ROM community? Let's talk about it.

Verizon Galaxy Nexus back in AOSP; Sprint, not so much

Yesterday was a huge day for Android developers. Just weeks after being debuted at Google I/O 2012, the source code for Android 4.1, Jelly Bean, was made available in the Android Open Source Project. But that's not all that happened. Along with the introduction of Android 4.1, the Verizon Galaxy Nexus LTE earned back its supported title in the AOSP.

Thanks to expanded driver support, Verizon Galaxy Nexus users can now proudly call their smartphone an AOSP device. As far as how things look on paper, the Verizon Nexus has the same level of support as the GSM Nexus available through Google Play. Google developer JBQ, Technical Lead for the AOSP, is calling the Verizon Nexus' support "experimental." There are still some unexplained errors with Verizon Nexus AOSP builds not found in retail and GSM builds, but it's a good start.

So what does this really mean for Verizon Nexus users? To be frank, not a whole lot. It doesn't mean updates are going to be provided any faster by Verizon, and ROM development will most likely continue on as normal, which is most definitely a good thing. The Verizon Nexus already has a robust development community that wasn't slowed down by the device's lack of AOSP support.

As for Sprint Galaxy Nexus users, you're still out of luck. It would appear that Samsung and Sprint don't want to fork over the drivers for the Sprint Nexus, leaving it without AOSP support.

Samsung Galaxy S III anti-unboxing video [NSFW]

Unboxing videos are a dime a dozen. Ever single time a new product comes out, the Internet races to show you just what kind of cleaning cloth, USB charger and warranty manuals come included in the box of the gadget they've just bought. They are incredibly boring. A waste of YouTube space. And someone has finally stood up to them.

From the moment chadbond007′s Samsung Galaxy S III unboxing video starts, you know this isn't your average tour around a cardboard box.

Wearing nothing but his underwear, Chad (I assume he is normally called) gives in to his primal urges and tears at the package with nothing but his teeth. Grunting and inhaling the strange smells a brand new Galaxy S III has to offer. From there, well, you just have to watch.

Has chadbond007 created the perfect unboxing video? I'm just about convinced he has.

Bloomberg: Amazon is Planning to Make an Android Powered Smartphone

amazon kindle fire 650x432 Bloomberg: Amazon is Planning to Make an Android Powered Smartphone

What would you say to Amazon building an Android powered smartphone? Would you be interested? According to a report out of Bloomberg, Amazon has already pegged Foxconn as the builder, is trying to lock down patents for protection from you-know-who, and would allow them to add another device to their Kindle Fire approach of pricing low, but hoping to make tons of money in the end off of media sales.

Google Gives Us Another Reason to Be Jealous of Google Employees, Who Wants This RC Android?

Screen Shot 2012 07 06 at 11.05.00 AM 650x363 Google Gives Us Another Reason to Be Jealous of Google Employees, Who Wants This RC Android?

Aside from being one of the best places to work in the world, most of us here are jealous of Google Employees because they get to see so much Android stuff behind closed doors that we never get to lay our hands on. Limited edition Galaxy Nexus battery covers, special Nexus Q hangout parties during work hours and now this? A remote controlled, inflatable Android RC car. Where do I send my resume?

This little guy can be inflated and then driven around, you can even knock Android over and he'll get right back up: almost like the company keeps doing in recent legal battles. The company that makes the toys, Bladez Toyz, will apparently have different models for us regular citizens to choose from while the Google staff gets this Bugdroid exclusively. I know if they sold these through the Play Store, I would have mine pre-ordered already, what about you?

Galaxy Nexus Jelly Bean build ported to the HTC One X

Shortly after the Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) update for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus leak showed up, XDA member tgascoigne, managed to get a port up an running on the HTC One X. The core of the OS seems to work just fine (though a bit slow at times), but basic functionality like WiFi, audio and camera are not working. Progress in fixing the known issues is being made, but major improvements to the ROM will most likely happen once Google releases the source code for Android 4.1 later this month.

HTC has not made any promises when it comes to the latest Android 4.1 update, but it's safe to assume that the HTC One X will be the first device in their lineup to get of taste of Jelly Bean. Unfortunately, we'll probably have to wait at least 3-4 months before the update is released.

If you happen to install the Android 4.1 ROM on your HTC One X, be sure to let us know what you think of the latest Android update.

Video: Steve Kondik and team discuss the CyanogenMod Project at Google I/O

CyanogenMod is by far the most high-profile Android ROM out there; millions of users have CyanogenMod installed on their devices. The CyanogenMod ROM is stock Android (currently based on Android 4.0), with extra features that give you greater control over your device.

As you're undoubtedly aware, Google held its I/O developer conference last week in San Francisco, and 4 members of the CyanogenMod team talked with developers about the project and Android development in general. It's a good watch for anyone interested in the project, Android development, or custom ROMs. The video below is part 1 of the 2 part series, though the second part of the talk has yet to be posted. We'll be sure to update this post with the second half once its made available.
