We know that many of you have grown a bit frustrating having not yet received your Nexus 7 orders, even though you pre-ordered as early as during the Google I/O keynote. To help clarify the situation, Google has updated their shipping status info page with greater details.
According to this note, they have shipped all standalone Nexus 7 8GB orders (if placed before July 13). By the end of the day on July 19, they will have shipped all standalone Nexus 7 16GB orders that were placed through July 11 and are upgrading those to overnight shipping. If you placed your order after July 11, your 16GB Nexus 7 will ship by the end of next week with overnight shipping. If you ordered your Nexus 7 with a case, charger or Nexus Q, your tablet will ship this week, but it may be ahead of the rest of your order.
